We are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Clear Pass after our yearly compliance and service audit with the preferred suppliers panel provider DePoel. The audit focused on many areas of compliance, confirming that we had sufficient evidence for each candidate, such as eligibility to work in the UK, up to date DBS certificates, appropriate and current training certificates, and worker profiles with all the correct information.
Along with this, we were able demonstrate that we follow agency worker regulation requirements with high standard and quality of applications, including clear evidence of employment history, completion of aptitude tests, and details of induction, hand outs and guidance given to the candidate ahead of assignment.
Our Clear Pass status shows how hard the Alexander Chapel Healthcare team have worked to obtain and keep compliant with the DePoel auditing process. We realise the importance of being compliant and always ensure we are providing staff who fit the needs of our clients.
